Done in one
Our multitasking Mazak QT Smart 250 has a milling spindle and a bar puller, so turned and milled features come off one machine. That means faster delivery and lower cost than moving the part between machines.
Long parts
When a part outgrows the turning centers it moves to one of two Harrison Alpha CNC lathes: 18.5 in swing, 60 in between centers.
