Renishaw wireless probing on the VF-2, VF-3 and VCU-500 holds feature accuracy within .0001 in, from prototypes through production.

The Haas VF-5 takes work up to 50 × 26 × 25 in. Workpieces up to 4,000 lbs.

Yes, on our Mazak VCU-500A 5X, along with 3 and 4-axis work on the Haas VMCs.
What file formats can you program from?
Nearly all solid model files. We program in Esprit and model in Autodesk Inventor.
